SHIPPING COMPANY

We use Canada Post services for shipping all orders. For orders shipped outside of Canada, once the parcel is in the destination country, the local post service takes care of the delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

Canada and the United-States: 5 to 10 business days

Rest of the world: 4 to 12 weeks

Estimated delivery times are approximate and the Oratory does not guarantee delivery within that delay. The buyer releases the Oratory from all responsibility for damages, losses, or potential expenses that may result from the difference between the estimated and the actual delivery time.

SHIPPING FEES

Canada : C$9.99

Shipping is free for Canada for any order over C$75 before taxes.

United-States : C$14.99

Rest of the world: C$29.99

TRACKING NUMBER

The tracking number for your order will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

SHIPPING ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS

While entering your information in the first portion of the order form, you can click the ''ship to different address'' box and then enter the address you would like your order to be shipped to.

CUSTOMS FEES

The Saint Joseph's Oratory has no control or responsibility towards any fee or tax that can be charged to the customer by their country's customs upon delivery.
